Annie is a sweet little lady who came to us quite shy and reserved. With the help of her best friend Wilma she has now grown in confidence and is learning what hippotherapy is all about. We are excited to have her in our program and she is already becoming a favorite with our riders.

Brodie
Brodie may be little but don't let his size fool you, he has tons of personality! He is the smallest horse in the RED Arena herd. Coolwhip

Dusty
Dusty is named for our sweet volunteer Dustin Morton who passed away in 2017. He can be seen with his best friend Dallas out on field trips or going for walks out on the trails. He loves listening to his friends read him adventure books and daydreaming about all the fun adventures to go on.

FREYA

Paddington Bear goes by Paddy but whatever you call him this loyal and noble stead is there when he’s needed. He is RED Arena's very own knight in shining armor who comes from a Jousting background. THOR

Tuck
Tuck comes to us from an amazing family in Belleville, TX. They are also the proud owners of GiGi, a therapy horse that retired from RED Arena in July 2020. He loves working with riders who are becoming independent and is a great lesson horse! Tuck can be found trotting in the arena or leisurely strolling out on the trail. He loves all of his friends here at RED Arena, especially his best friend Mr.T.

IN loving memory
clayton
Clayton had found his calling as a therapy horse! This sensitive guy was previously working on a cattle ranch roping cattle that were almost as big as him. He enjoyed his new life of leisurely strolls on the trails and giving big sniffs and nuzzles to all of his riders. Clayton passed peacefully in the pasture in December 2024.

MAGGIE
Maggie, Mags, The Magster, Miss Maggie, passed away peacefully under her shade tree in August 2020. She and her brother Sven were two of RED's first therapy horses, starting back in 2010. She was the first horse for countless kids and love every minute with them. She had the best horsey sniffs and would completely inhale her sweet riders at the end of each session.

She was the only horse to win Horse of the Year twice and probably has the most blue ribbons from Round-Up. Oh how we love our Maggie and will miss her dearly, thank you for the Memories!

In December 2019 we said goodbye to our sweet boy. He was our go to horse especially for someone's first ride and has helped so many people over his lifetime. He really loved every minute of it. In "Sven World" everything was rainbows, butterflies and glitter. He will always be #1 in our hearts. Thanks for the memories Sven!

Bella
"Oh Bella" tried and true. With a heavy heart we said goodbye to Bella in July 2020. She came to us in 2010 just before our first Round-Up and has been a vital part of RED ever since. We can't count the number of kids who had their first ride or did their first "trick" on her and she loved them all. Bella did Bella, she loved her kids and her trail rides and not much else mattered to her. Thank you Bella for all of the memories!

TINY T
After winning 2017 Horse of the Year, Tiny T has decided to retire while he was on top. He enjoyed his time at RED Arena and loved seeing all of his riders tricks. Tiny T is happily enjoying his well deserved retirement sharing a large pasture with another retired therapy horse and 2 longhorns.
